Ben implemented the 80/20 strategy for the Holmatro group and has made the 80/20 strategy fully operational at Holmatro Industry, streamlining operations, focusing on core strengths, and optimizing resources. This approach resulted in a doubling of revenue, while ensuring Holmatro’s products continued to empower industries with efficient, safe, and innovative solutions.
